Tyler started his running career at the age of 11, performing in long distance races. He eventually went on to become a 4 year Division 1 Cross Country/Track and Field athlete at the Eastern Illinois University.
Tyler is an advocate for weight lifting to help excel running performance. He believes that the combo of a proper running program with running specific lifts will take athletes to the next level. He also is a strong advocate for injury prevention and the importance of staying healthy while challenging your body.
Tyler is now able to implement those philosophies with his clients as a personal trainer where he has coached all different skill levels to success!
