FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How DO i know which program is right for me?
We have included all of the information you will need in regards to finding the right program in the Rise Over Run Training Guide. It will cover things like goals, skill level, days available to train, etc. to help you get matched with the right plan! Also, the Training Guide will teach you how to make adjustments to your program if life gets in the way.
How Often will new content be added to the site?
We are planning to add blog, social media, and newsletter content every week and adding membership updates to the site quarterly which can include, but isn't limited to:
  • Nutrition Guide additions
  • Training Guide additions
  • More exercise programs
Can I deduct my rise over run membership purchase from my taxes?
Unfortunately, you are purchasing a Rise Over Run Membership and then we are donating the proceeds to the charity of your choice (from our network). Because these are seperate transactions, you will not be able to deduct your membership fee. We will still be providing a confirmation email so you can ensure that your money is going to the correct foundation. Please allow 5 business days for your confirmation email.
