Brooks began instructing group fitness classes in January 2017. She has a passion for finding a sustainable health and wellness lifestyle and got into training to spread this message. She firmly believes in creating a balance between healthy eating and exercising while still enjoying everyday life with family and friends. Brooks joined the Rise over Run team to inspire others that healthy eating and exercising can be simple and maintainable with a variety of different lifestyles. When she’s not in the gym you can find her hiking, trying a new brewery, or reading by the pool.
